1. Registration

Registration for the 12th International Conference on Medical Regulation is open.

This is a private conference. The organisers reserve the right to decline registration without reason or notice and to remove anyone from the event at their discretion and without reason.

We reserve the right to discourage attendance from those who do not represent the following industry groups:

• Representatives of organisations that are Members, Partners or Associates of IAMRA
• Board members and staff of medical regulatory authorities
• Medical educators and accreditors of medical education
• Board members and staff of other health practitioner regulatory authorities
• Agencies that deal with complaints about health practitioners
• Government agencies that are involved in medical workforce and regulation
• Academics with an interest in medical regulation

Group registration

Group registration is offered when a single organisation/entity registers ten (10) or more participants. To enquire about a group registration, please email the Conference Managers at iamra2016@arinex.com.au.

Group registration is available to assist organisations wishing to send multiple participants to the conference. A list of participants must be nominated when submitting the group registration form, but the participants can be changed. The final list of participants must be emailed to the Conference Managers fourteen (14) days prior to the commencement of the conference. Please note that registration fees applicable for group registrations will be the fees as advertised at the date of payment of the registration fees.

2. Entitlements

All registered delegates are entitled to the following:

• Name badge 
Each member of the conference will receive a name badge upon registration on site at the conference. The badge will be your official pass and must be clearly visible at all times during the conference to obtain entry to all sessions and the welcome reception. Photo identification (drivers license, passport etc) is required at the time of registration before the name badge will be distributed.
• Attendance at all sessions
• All official documentation including the program book, the list of participants and certificate of attendance
• Welcome reception on Tuesday, 20 September 2016
• All morning teas, lunches and afternoon teas
• Conference satchel

The welcome reception on Tuesday, 20 September 2016 to be held at the conference venue, is included in all registration categories.  Additional tickets can be purchased via the online registration form.

3. Procedure and payment options

Credit card
Credit card payment via online registration is preferred. Accepted credit cards: MasterCard, Visa and American Express. All transactions by credit card will appear on your statement as payment to IAMRA 2016 by Arinex.

If you are unable to pay by credit card, please contact the organisers for assistance via email: iamra2016@arinex.com.au.

Please note that from Thursday, 18 August 2016 we can only accept online registrations and payment by credit card. 

Cancellation and refunds
Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Managers via iamra2016@arinex.com.au.

Registration fees
Cancellation before 23/06/2016 will incur A$150.00 cancellation fee
Cancellation before 10/08/2016 will receive a 50% refund of fees paid
Cancellation after 10/08/2016 there will be no refund

Accommodation:
One night’s deposit must be paid at time of booking to guarantee reservation.
Deposit is non-refundable from  18/08/2016

Social:
Payments are non-refundable from 18/08/2016

Tours:
Payments are non-refundable from 18/08/2016

Registration confirmation
Your completed registration and successful payment will be automatically acknowledged via email with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration category. Your registration will only be confirmed on full payment of the fees due.

Name badge
Each member of the conference will receive a name badge upon registration on site at the conference. The badge will be your official pass and must be clearly visible at all times during the conference to obtain entry to all sessions and the welcome reception.

 4. Participant conduct

The Conference Managers expect appropriate behaviour from attendees and reserve the right to revoke the badge and privileges of anyone behaving in an inappropriate manner.

5. Recording and copyright

The Conference Managers reserve the right to use any recordings whether audio or video and/or any photographs taken at any stage during the conference for promotional, advertising or reporting of the conference and/or its content at their sole discretion.

6. Insurance

Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that you purchase an insurance policy at the time you register for the conference and book your travel.  The policy should include loss of fees/deposit through cancellation of your participation in the conference, or through cancellation of the conference, loss of international/domestic air fares through cancellation for any reason, loss of tour monies through cancellation for any reason including airline or related services strikes within Australia, failure to utilise tours or pre booked arrangements due to airline delay, Force Majeure or any other reason, medical expenses (including sickness and accident cover), loss or damage to personal property, additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. The Conference Managers and Hosts cannot take any responsibility for any participant failing to arrange their own insurance. This insurance is to be purchased in your country of origin.

7. Disclaimer

This information is correct at the time of publishing. The organisers reserve the right to delete, modify or alter items or to delete, modify or alter any aspect of the conference timetabling and delivery at their sole discretion and without notice. Neither the host organisations nor the Conference Managers will accept any liability for any loss or inconvenience caused to any party consequent to such changes.
